As of July 15, 2003, these policies are up to date and in effect. Although every effort has been taken to ensure that no wording was changed during the transfer to the web, some areas had to be formatted differently to make them readable. They are published here for information purposes only.

If there are any differences between these and the printed Policies - The original printed Policies are to be taken as correct.
