Forestwood Co-op has three full-time staff who work in the office, 4 staff members who work in the buildings and two staff who come in periodically to help with accounting areas.

The Property

With over 250,000 sq. ft. of property space, many families, singles, and seniors call Forestwood home. The picturesque surrounding neighbourhood includes many elementary and secondary schools, such as Woodland's and St. Martin's. Westdale Mall & Square One shopping centres, places of worship, day cares, and recreational centres are also at very convenient locations.

The facilities at Forestwood includes a coin operated laundry, two-level parking garages, a tennis court and playground. The twin buildings are 12 stories and contain 359 units. Units feature a refrigerator, stove, and hydronic heating.
